📚 A Special Author Visit at WJHS! 🐾

Yesterday, September 3rd, WJHS students had the incredible opportunity to welcome award-winning author John Schu for a special assembly!
Mr. Schu shared his personal journey, his love of reading and writing, and the story behind his newest book, Louder Than Hunger. Our students loved the presentation and were incredibly engaged as they listened to his stories and learned more about the experiences and inspiration behind his work.
Mr. Schu also surprised students with book giveaways throughout the assembly! 📚🎉 Afterward, he stayed to meet with students and staff, allowing them to have their books personally signed.
It was such a special experience for our Bulldogs and a wonderful way to celebrate the power of books, storytelling, and reading. 🧡🖤
